Edward M. Gunther Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward M. Gunther (Yorktown Heights, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, David, Andrew (Donna Burwell) and Eric (AnnMarie); his grandchildren, Mason, Elaina, James and Callie; and his sister Diane Neczesny.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark & Giordano Funeral Home (2104 Saw Mill River Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the New St. Patrick's Church (137 Moseman Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598). During the pandemic, he watched St. Patrick's Cathedral Mass live at home on TV so as to not be exposed to sickness with his cancer.
