With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edmund J. Di Benedetto (Yorktown Heights, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2025. As we bid Edmund farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Edmund is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luigi Benedetto and Louisa Di Benedetto; his wife Henrietta Di Benedetto of Yorktown Heights; and his sons, Steven, Gregory and Edmund Jr..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clark & Giordano Funeral Home (2104 Saw Mill River Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New St. Patrick's Church (137 Moseman Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598).
