He is survived by: his wife Tara Howell (Conlan); his children, Janelle Chieffo (Ernie), Douglas Howell, Valier Haviland (Scott) and Loraine Howell; his grandchildren, Dominic, Dylan, Isabella, Donovan and Preston; his brother Harold Howell (Janet); his nephew Billy; and his niece Brittany. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
