It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce E. Mitchell (Yorkshire, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on September 24, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dudley Hopkins and Evelyn Lindsley; her stepfather Carlyle "Bud" Lindsley; and her sister Diane Hutchinson. She is survived by : her husband James Mitchell; her children, James Mitchell (Missy) of Freedom, Jean Wiedemann (Paul) of Sardinia and Jolee Marble (Phil) of Sardinia; her brothers, Don Hopkins of Sardinia and Duane Hopkins of Chaffee; and her grandchildren, Vanessa Mitchell, Stephen Wiedemann (Beth), Codie Mitchell, Melissa Davies (Shane) and Nicole Mitchell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
