He is survived by : his mother Phyllis Burch (Hackett) of Yorkshire, NY; his children, Harold "Hal" Burch Jr. (Angie) of Temple, Georgia and Deborah Bigham (Tim) of Franklinville; his siblings, Dale Burch (Joy) of Machias and Steve Burch (Lori) of Delevan; his grandchildren, Ryan Bigham (Halle), Ashley Cidell (Dan), Christian Bigham (Sarah) and Kevin Bigham (Sydney); his great grandchildren, Danny and Levi; and his child Shirley Burch.
