He is survived by: his children, Diana Rau, Dale Hartwell (Lisa), David Hartwell (Sharon) and Douglas Hartwell; and his siblings, Norman Hartwell, Paul Hartwell and Janice McKinsey. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
