He is survived by: his wife Frances Atwater (Cox); his sons, Richard Atwater (Janet) of Falkville, AL, John Atwater (Kim) of Irvington, AL, Walter Spalti (April) of Wagoner, OK and Timothy Moulton (Michelle) of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Shane, Josh (Misty), Ashely, Timothy, Jonathan, David, Ben, Mandy and Fritz; his great grandchildren, Leah, Jaden, Hunter, Jared, Dean, Gaige, Laci, Hannah, Michael, Timmy Jr., Jordan Lynn, Payton, ManMan and Fritz Jr.; and his brother-in-law William Cox of Rochester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
