He was predeceased by: his brother David Hasler (Nan); and his brother-in-law Norman Routly. He is survived by: his wife Carol Simpson Hasler; his daughters, Marcia Bartalo (Brian) and Laura Schultz (Stephen); his grandchildren, Jakob Bartalo, Nathaniel Bartalo, Caroline, Luke and Greta Schultz; his siblings, Yvonne Routly and Edward Hasler (Anne); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Mandeville (Terry) and Barbara Huff (Roger); his aunt Florence "Sis" Taft; and his parents, Charles W. and Betty Irene Taft Hasler.
