He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Andrews; and his parents, Leland C. Andrews and Anna Elizabeth Donnan Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Joan Andrews; his children, William J. Andrews (Rose) of York, Judith E. Barrett (James) of Peoria and Alice Ann Bardeen of York; and his grandchildren, Jessica Quackenbush, Michael Holmes (Ashley), Marianne, William, Bethany Barrett, Riley Andrews (Cheyenne Parks) and Alan Andrews. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 23 Main St., Geneseo, NY 14454.
