She was predeceased by: her siblings, Anna Pavoni (Louis), James Farruggia, Mary Ellen Callahan (Jim), Carman, Joseph Farruggia (Peggy), Esther Farruggia, Charles Farruggia Jr. (Carol) and Grace Farruggia; her brothers-in-law, Harry Williams and Edward Bernecker; and her parents, Charles Farruggia and Michelina Arrigenna Farruggia Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Bernecker Jr.; her children, Art Bernecker (Karen) of Retsof and Michelle DuBiel (Wayne) of York; her grandchildren, Chelsey Chiara (Alex) and Cody DuBiel; and her sisters-in-law, Loretta Williams and Eleanor Swanburg of Long Island. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many cherished friends and neighbors.
