She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Stoyell and Barbara Ward Stoyell; her brother Herb Kemp; and her daughter-in-law Tina Weaver. She is survived by: her close friend Roy E. Lewis; her children, Jeffery Weaver (Lisa) of Moravia, Garrett Weaver (Amy) of Johnson City and Angel Weaver (Patrick) of Maine; her siblings, Al Kemp (Sheila) and Joyce Gruber; her grandchildren, Chelsea Golley (Jon), Joshua Weaver (Jenn), Emmillie Partin (Tom), Amara Lewis (Jon), Bella Weaver Phelps, Nadyleen Weaver Phelps, Sage Inglis and Autumn Weaver Phelps; her great grandchildren, Lia, Pyper, Brynn, Ronin, Orion and Ophiuchus; and her close friends, Lee, Sandy Price, Diane Dubois Higgins, Gene, Kathy Barnes and Budd Rigg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law.
