She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Minard and Linda Minard of Angola, NY.. She is survived by: her husband Shaun P. Sweeney; her brother Dennis Minard (Joann); her niece Elizabeth; and her nephew Ryan. She is also survived by ten loving sisters and brothers-in-law from her husband's family; many horse friends, kind neighbors and business friends.
Any donations could be made to the Cortland JR Fair, SPCA, TC3 Emergency Nursing Program, any 4-H Clubs, Cortland Repertory Theatre, Dwyer Memorial Park, a local food pantry or the Elizabeth Brewster House.
