He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Loomis and Charlotte Loomis (Robbins); and his siblings, Claude, James, Clifford Loomis, Marjorie Towsley and Mary Alice Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Loomis; his children, Lewis Frederick Loomis (Tamara Riccio), Lisa Streeter (Kenneth Floyd), Michelle Fuller (Ralph), Darrian Loomis (Tami Tupper), Leslie Gill (Donald), Jennifer Lynn Loomis, Tonya Stean (Jeremy) and Brittany Loomis; and his brother Vernon (Lisa Loomis).
