John Temple Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Temple of York, New York, born in Berkshire, New York, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Miller Temple and Marine Corps; his wife Virginia L. Temple; and his siblings, LeRoy, Robert, Errvand Temple, Audrey Howe, George and Leo Hill.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Murray (Gregory) of Groton; his brother Lewis Temple of Ithaca; his grandchildren, Desiree Phillips (Steven) of Truxton, Danielle Allen (Matthew) of Cincinnatus, Deidre Murray (Gavin Mager) of Moravia and Matthew Murray of Groton; and his great grandchildren, Lukas, Alexis, Liam, Rilee, Madison, Aiden and Destiny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
We will be following NY State COVID-19 Guidelines. Masks must be worn at all times; social distancing practices will also be in place.
