He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his sons, Jonathan (Maggie), Daniel (Ann) and David (Karen); his grandchildren, Mark, David, Carson, Melissa and Jenny Smith (Ed); and his great grandchildren, Destiny, Dayten and Stephen.
