He was predeceased by: his daughter Patricia McGrath-Haight; and also, Catherine and John Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Joan E. McGrath; his daughter Elizabeth McGrath-Hammond of Highland; his son-in-law Mark Hammond of Highland; his grandsons, Christopher Hammond, Benjamin Hammond and Charles Haight IV; his siblings, Helen Price, Catherine Colon, Margaret Kenley, Veronica Sullivan, John Kerr, Thomas Kerr and Patrick Kerr; and also Jennifer Gyger.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home (371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (775 Main St, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603).
