He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Congdon and Mildred Congdon; and his grandson Joshua Ryan Congdon. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Congdon; his children, Rodney Congdon (Cheryl), John Congdon (Mary), David Congdon of Dolgeville, NY and Anna Bilger (Raymond) of Salisbury Center, NY; his grandchildren, Joshua Congdon, Melissa Congdon, Janet Bilger, Eric Congdon and Harley Congdon; his great grandchildren, Ashley, Nichole, Alison, Brenna, Sophia, Tyler, Savanneh, Serenity, Mason and Colin; and his siblings, Ross Congdon of Oppenheim, NY and Beverly Rasbach of Foltsbrook Center. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters in law, cousins and many foster children.
