It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Cornelia Goewey Goebel (York, New York), born in Albany, New York, who passed away on December 10, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frost Goewey, Sr. and Christina Florence Ernst Goewey; her husband Henry Goebel, Jr.; her son Paul H. Goebel; her brother William F. Goewey, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Doris H. J. Goewey, Edward T. Goebel and Warren E. Wells.
She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth L. G. Mosher (Jeffrey S. Mosher); her grandchildren, Michael P. Goebel (Lindsay S. Goebel), Linnea C. Goebel, Steven E. Goebel (Jessica K. Goebel), Joshua P. Goebel (Rebekah B. Goebel), Katharine D. Goebel, David B. Goebel, Philip J. Mosher, Abigail C. Mosher, Anna M. Goebel and Martha K. Goebel; her great grandchildren, Cilicia J. Goebel, Decatur and Liam C. Goebel; and her sister Marion G. Wells. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
