She was predeceased by: her parents, William Byrne and Anna Byrne; her husband Robert Tompkins; her siblings, Buddy (Bill), Anne, Helen, Rita and Danny; and her son-in-law George.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Taranto and Robert Tompkins (Gina); her grandchildren, Chris Taranto (Jodi) and Kerri Garabo (Anthony); her children, Bobby and Catherine Tompkins; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Shayne Taranto, Kaelin and Addison Garabo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Terry's memory can be made to SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue, 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY 10509.
