She was predeceased by: her parents, Minee Persaud and Bissarnauth Persaud; her husband John Tulshi; and her child Babo. She is survived by: her children, Lucille, Nalin, Joan, Buddy, Baby, Dolly, Somo, Shanta, Dato, Perley and Perlita. She is also survived by ses 11 children, 27 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren, 12 siblings, as well as 4 sister-in-laws and 1 brother-in-law.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeral Home & Cremation Services (732 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woolworth Chapel at the Woodlawn Crematory (3800 Jerome Ave, Bronx, NY 10470).
