She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Gannon and Cormac McGowan; and her siblings, Cormac and Kay. She is survived by: her sisters, Charity and Nancy. She is also survived by her sister in law, and numerous nieces.
During more than sixty years as a Sister of Charity, Sister Patricia ministered in the field of Elementary Education, Art, Journalism and Higher Education.
