She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Locksa and Norma Locksa (Grotto); her former husband Anthony Pujia; her in-laws, Mary and Alphonse Pujia; and her stepdaughter Kristin.
She is survived by: her fiancé John Rodrigues; her children, Jeannine (Anthony), Jessica (Tom), Anthony (Christina) and Danielle; her stepchildren, Chris (Meghan) and Rachel (David); her grandchildren, Antonia, Isabella, Alessia, Valentina, Giada and Anthony; her stepgrandchildren, Grace, Aniello, Marianna and Seraphina; her siblings-in-law, Anna (Gaetano) and Dominick; and her sister Deborah (Frank). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
