With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John McArdle of Yonkers, New York, who passed away on September 17, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter McArdle and Aileen McArdle (Quigley); his siblings, Bernard (Bessie), Mary McArdle, Kathleen (George Coburn), Bridie (Thomas Healy), Peter and Brendan (Hilda); and his brother-in-law Paddy Grant.
He is survived by: his spouse Eveline; his siblings, Alice Grant and Jim (May); his sister-in-law Ethna McArdle of Ireland; his children, Peter (Geralyn), Anne, John (Melissa), Bernadette Luna (Sal) and Kevin (Joan); and his grandchildren, Stefanie, Juliet, Allison, Kaitlyn, John and Ryan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in John's name to the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement in Garrison, NY, a charity close to his heart, or the charity of the donor's choice.
