We bid farewell to Joan G. Bevers of Yonkers, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 12, 2025 at the age of 82. Joan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Glenn; her children, Gary and Christy; her son-in-law John; and her pets, Cooper and Bailey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home & Cremation Services (732 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704). The military honors was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Village Lutheran Church (172 White Plains Rd, Bronxville, NY 10708).
