He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent John J. Loehr; his grandfather Joseph F. Loehr; and his parents, Gertrude Sweetman and John F. Loehr. He is survived by: his wife Susan Newman Loehr; his brother John Loehr; and his nieces and nephews, Peter, Janine (Barbanell), Melissa, Jonathan (Newman), Cariana (Bulman) and Gerald E. II. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (110 Shonnard Pl, Yonkers, NY 10703).
