He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Paul Doherty (Eileen), Marian Williams (Gerwyn), Christopher Doherty (Maureen), Margaret Cardamona (Robert), Dermot Doherty (Austria) and Kieran Doherty (Vera); his grandchildren, Gerard, Dominic, Caitlin, Christopher, Alanna, Ailish, Aoife, Victoria, Kyle, James, Brendan Kathryn and Joao Pedro; and his siblings, Harold, Desmond, Phyllis, Denise and Irene.
