She was predeceased by: her husband John Slovak; and her siblings, Mary Scully, Josephine Bohan, Margaret Gilliam and Fredrick Garlichs.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Goodwin (Michael), Allison Stein (John) and Kristen Slovak (Gene); her grandchildren, Julian Evan Goodwin, Katherine Elizabeth Stein and Margaret Ann Stein; her great grandchild Rory Amelia Stein; and her brother Andrew Garlichs.
