He was predeceased by: his parents, George Conibear and Lois Brumsted Conibear; his stepfather Glen Smithgall; and his brother Allen Smithgall. He is survived by: his son Paul Conibear (Dawn); his grandchildren, Ava and Drew Conibear; his siblings, Donna Smart (Lyle), Pat Strabel (Joe), Carol Orto (late Scott) and Donald "Butch" (Nancy); and also Carol Stringham.
