Prusak; her siblings, Lavern, Larry, Leslie Schiltz, Leona McCormick, Luella Eckert and Lorma Barker; her children, John Prusak (Chris) of Attica, James Prusak (Denise) of Attica, Ann Post (Doug) of Attica and Susan Ulm (Phil) of Wyoming; her siblings, Leon Schiltz of Holland, NY and Lynn Schiltz (Daryle) of Colden; her sister-in-law Sharon Schiltz of Perry; her grandchildren, Randi (Brian), Justin (Jen), Joshua (Deanna), James (Megan), Alexis (Trenton), Aaron (Renee), Courtney, Valerie and Jarrod; and her great grandchildren, Austin and Makayla. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
