She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Heron and Elsie Miller Smith (Heron); her sister Phyllis Hopkins; and her stepparents, Verna Heron and Vernon Smith.

She is survived by: her husband Paul W. Brown; her sons, Brian Brown (Jamie McClain) of Piffard, Larry Brown (Nicole) of Pavilion and Brett Brown (Cortney) of West Henrietta; her grandchildren, Joshua Brown, Zachary Brown, Morgan Ferrara, Blake Brown and Kyle Brown; and her brother James Smith (Donna) of Savona.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pavilion Baptist Church, 10956 Lake St., Pavilion, NY 14525.
