He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Palmer and Katheryn R. Yell Palmer; and his grandson Samuel Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Howard Palmer; his children, Chris Palmer (Melissa) of LaGrange and Catheryn Speechley (Jared) of Wyoming, NY; his brother Donald Palmer of Elba; and his grandchildren, Chyann, Sabrina and Erik. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
