With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas A. Shepard Sr. of Wynantskill, New York, who passed away on September 2, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Shepard and Dorothy Miller Shepard; his daughter Tracy L. Shepard (Daniel McGuirk); and his siblings, Donlin Shepard and Diane Bayly.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn A. Hansen Shepard; his children, Kelly Shepard of Troy, Thomas Shepard, Jr. (Dawn) of Troy and Joshua Shepard (Erika) of Wynantskill; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Randi, Gabriella, Kamryn, Chase, Connor, Colin, Niko, Sophie and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Lucian, Raylan, Issac and Lucas; his siblings, Debra Shepard-Dame and Darren Shepard; and his sister-in-law Judy Sapone. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. (276 Pawling Ave, Troy, NY 12180). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
