She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Wait (Quell) and LeGrand Wait; and her brothers, Leon (Anne), John (Marjorie) and Bernard Wait (Edith Lovell).
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Phibbs, Jr.; her children, Kathryn Andrews (Marty) of Averill Park, Thomas Phibbs (Colleen) of Troy, NY and Karen Ferritto (Jim) of Largo, FL.; her grandchildren, Thomas Phibbs (Lauren), Ryan Phibbs (Kathryn Pawlak), Samantha Patch (Eric) and Tyler Andrews (Kendra); her great grandchildren, Jovie Andrews, Shepard, Iris and Maren Phibbs; her stepgrandchildren, Carl Ferritto, Jacqueline Ashley and Jaime Lynn Ferritto; and her siblings-in-law, Jay Phibbs (Clara) and Edith Lovell (Wait). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
