With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary L. Aldrich Sr. of Wynantskill, New York, born in Hoosick Falls, New York, who passed away on October 15, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Gary leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon "Jack" Aldrich and Berta "Betty" Schiffmann Aldrich. He is survived by: his wife Carol Leahy Aldrich; his children, Gary Aldrich, Jr. (Josie), Sara Dzembo (Craig) and Laura Aldrich; his grandsons, Christopher Harrington, James Thibeault, Logan Aldrich and Mason Aldrich; and his brother Ewald Schiffmann (Gail).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wynantskill Funeral Home (294 Whiteview Rd, Wynantskill, NY 12198). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
