He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon "Jack" Aldrich and Berta "Betty" Schiffmann Aldrich. He is survived by: his wife Carol Leahy Aldrich; his children, Gary Aldrich, Jr. (Josie), Sara Dzembo (Craig) and Laura Aldrich; his grandsons, Christopher Harrington, James Thibeault, Logan Aldrich and Mason Aldrich; and his brother Ewald Schiffmann (Gail).
