She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Zukowski Grady and Mary O'Grady Grady; her husband Peter Panichi; her children, John D. Panichi and Mary Ellen O'Neil; her brothers, Jack and Bert Grady; and her in-laws, Dominic and Olive Panichi.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Candice Panichi (Kevin Baker), John S. Panichi and William P. O'Neil (Tracy); her children-in-law, Connie Panichi and William J. O'Neil (Sandy); and her great grandchildren, Lauren O'Neil and McKenna O'Neil. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Catherine Panichi to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Avenue, Menands, NY 12204.
