She is survived by: her husband Clayton; her mother-in-law Elinor Cook; her sons, Apollo Rexford and Ryan Cook; her stepson Sean Cook; her daughters, Alesia Kuratnick and Crystal Cook; and her stepdaughter Amanda Weed. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers, and sisters, and brother- in -laws.
