John E. Simanovicz Sr. Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John E. Simanovicz Sr. (Wurtsboro, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John left this world on February 6, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Irene; and his parents, Masten Lake and John. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Simanovicz (Gonzales); his children, Denise Conklin (Dale), John Simanovicz, Jr. and Erika Gwiozdowski (John); and his grandchildren, Douglas Conklin, Matthew Simanovicz, Marissa Simanovicz and Jeremy Gwiozdowski. He is also survived by three sons and their children; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the VanInwegen Kenny Funeral Home (111 Sullivan St, Wurtsboro, NY 12790). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
