He is survived by: his family, Diana, Deirdre, Janine and Allan; his wife Diana of Prado Waclawski; his daughters, Janine Waclawski (Allan H. Church) of Guilford, CT and Deirdre Waclawski of Wurtsboro, NY.; his brother-in-law Guy of Prado; his nephew Raymond of Prado; and his nieces, Connie of Prado and Jeanie of Prado.
