Welsh of Wurtsboro, New York, born in Middletown, New York, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Thomas Welsh and Naomi Dahlquist Welsh; his siblings, Charles, Luke, Paul Welsh and Carol Welsh Dunleavy; and his cousin Paula Lewis.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Meyers Welsh; his children, Barbara Welsh of Endwell, NY and Thomas Welsh (Jessica) of Wurtsboro; his granddaughters, Jacqueline and Alyssa; and his sisters, Kathleen Harris and Charleen Gibson of Longview, WA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
