He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kaczmarek and Bertha Havrila Kaczmarek; and his brother Ed. He is survived by: his wife Aspasia Becatoros Kaczmarek; his son Leon Kaczmarek (Jacelyn); and his siblings, Richard, Leona and Diana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
