He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Charles Conklin and Shirley Ann Oakley Conklin; and his aunt Carol Conklin. He is survived by: his stepmother Dawn Conklin of Middletown; his uncle Steven J. Conklin of Middletown; his siblings, Kathleen Arrant (Laurence) of Loris, SC, Linda Conklin of Bloomingburg and Robert Conklin (Kathy) of Sugar Hill, GA.; his stepsiblings, Ronnie Tramontano and Jennifer Kennedy (John) of Delray Beach, FL.; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Causey, Jessica Johnson, Leland Sharpe (Nicolle), George Johnson (Kristen), Michael, Madison and Nicholas Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
