He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Mikulski and Helen Mikulski; his siblings, Robert Mikulski and Cathy; and his brother-in-law Vince Panero.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Mikulski; his sister Debbie (Artie Fowler); and his sisters-in-law, Karen Dugan and Kathy Mikulski. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
