He was predeceased by: his daughter Danielle C. Welch; and his parents, Alice Welch and Richard Welch. He is survived by: his wife Angela; and his siblings, Bill, Kevin, Alison and Carleen. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews, great nieces & great nephews.
