He is survived by: his wife Jean Smaila; his children, Joseph "Buzz" (Rita Smaila) and Andria "Andi" Smaila; his granddaughters, Christine (Justin Soudant) and Sara (Brendan McGrath); his great grandchild Joshua Soudant; his sister-in-law Joyce Udovich; and his stepchildren, Marty (Diane Winn), Ronnie (Ginny Winn) and Maryann (Wes Kryger). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
