He is survived by: his wife Maria Tsoutsis (Vestarhis); his children, Vasilios Tsoutsis and Chrysanthe Tsoutsis; his grandsons, Xavier Tsoutsis, Anthony Tsoutsis, Andreas Tsoutsis and Geordan Tsoutsis; his aunt Aphrodite Gikas of Worcester; and his parents, Fotios Tsoutsis and Chrysanthe Tsoutsis (Kamtsikas). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces and cousins.
