He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Manchester and Marietta Manchester (Goodfellow); his wife Vivian J. Manchester (Weaver); his daughters, Debra Roseboom (Ben) of Westford, Cathy Manchester (Dave Dibble) of Summit and Nancy Wendel of Carrollton, TX; his siblings, Erma Lampkin of Amsterdam and Wilson D. Manchester of Sharon Springs; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Corey, Alexis, Courtney and Connor. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
