In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Sue had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Sue may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecilia and Campbell Fickling; and her son Eric Wilens. She is survived by: her son Mark Wilens (Anna Millenson); her grandchildren, Thea Millenson-Wilens and Luc Millenson-Wilens; her daughter-in-law Robin Wilens; and her grandson Landon Wilens.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the E. B. Gormley Funeral Home (87 Main St, Phoenicia, NY 12464). A procession was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Woodstock Cemetery (87 Main St, Phoenicia, NY 12464).
