She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Handel and Mollie Heller; and her husband William Cook. She is survived by: her daughters, Sara Cook (Robert Munn) of New York City and Jennifer Cook-Hanssen (John) of Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Isabel and Jesse; her nephews, Mark Handel and Gary Handel; her niece Karen Baker; and her brother Mort Handel (Irma) of Boco Raton, FL.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Family of Woodstock.
