She is survived by: her husband Joshua "Josh" Koplovitz; her children, Jonathan of Manhattan and Elysa Koplovitz Dutton of Los Angeles, CA.; and her caregivers, Ana Moreira, Deborah Fury and Fukiko Ostensen.
