He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Mountford, Sr. and Barbara Mountford (Smith); his sister Diane Radcliffe; and his nephew David Radcliffe. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Mountford (Dempsey) of Woodstock; his children, John Mountford, III of Woodstock, Nora Mountford Joonoos (Samie) of Mickelton, NJ and Jeremiah Mountford (Jacquelyn) of Chester, NY; his grandchildren, Rosalie Joy Mountford, Henry John Mountford, Kayla Rose Joonoos and Noah Thomas Mountford; and his sister Carol Mountford Simpson (James) of Greenwood, AR. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
